Physical Description:
Karoo Salt Bush is a hardy shrub with small, grry leaves and red bracts. It grows large up to a metre and r m are high. It's an attractive plant for a grey garden.
 
Uses:
Tolerant of poor soils, and is used as a  forage for livestock in the Karoo. It is naturally high in salt and can be used as a salt supplement.
 
Growing Conditions: Well-drained soil, full sun
