Garden Cress is related to watercress and mustard and shares a similar peppery flavour. Garden Cress is an annual and reaches a height of around 60cm. It can be used as a grounccover and grows best in full sun or partial shade. It is most often eaten raw and finds it place in salads or as a garnish. Its flavour is quite overpowering.
